# Pear Phone Guide

> Learn how to use your Yealink desk phone. Step-by-step guides for making calls, transfers, conferences, voicemail, and more.

## Welcome to the Pear Phone Guide

This guide shows you how to get the most out of your [Pear Telco](https://www.peartelco.com.au) desk phone. Whether you're transferring a call, setting up voicemail, or joining a conference, everything is explained step by step, with no technical knowledge required.

Your phone is a **Yealink** business handset. This guide covers the two types you'll find on Pear systems:

> **Button phones**
>
> **Yealink T46 and T54 series.** A colour screen with soft keys underneath and line keys down each side. You press physical buttons to control calls.

> **Touch screen phones**
>
> **Yealink T48 and T57 series.** A large 7-inch touch screen. You tap and swipe on the screen to control calls, just like a smartphone.

## Finding what you need

Use the **search bar** at the top of any page to search across this guide. Type a keyword (for example *transfer*, *voicemail*, or *headset*) and matching pages appear instantly. Click any result to go straight to that page.

You can also browse by topic using the left-hand menu. Most pages show separate steps for **button phones** and **touch screen phones**, so pick the tab that matches yours.
