Welcome to the Pear Portal

Pear Portal is Pear Telco’s web-based platform. It gives your team control over your business phone system. You do not need to understand how it works under the hood. We built the Pear Portal with three goals in mind:

Easy to use

Everything is where you’d expect it. No training required to get started.

Intuitive

The portal should feel natural from the first time you open it.

Secure

Role-based access means everyone sees exactly what they need to. Nothing more.

What can you do in the Pear Portal?

Dashboard

Live view of your queues, call activity, and routing status, all in one place.

My Extension

Set your status, manage Do Not Disturb, join queues, and dial out directly from the portal.

Call History

Search and browse detailed records of every call with filters and export.

Call Recordings

Play back recorded calls with AI-generated transcripts and summaries.

Call Flow & Routing

Control where inbound calls go during and outside business hours.

Extensions & Queues

View extension status in real time and manage call queue memberships.

Finding what you need

Use the search bar at the top of any page to search across all documentation. Type a keyword — for example recordings, break mode, or fax — and matching pages appear instantly. Click any result to go straight to that page. You can also browse by topic using the left-hand menu.
