What is Pear Portal?

Pear Portal is a web-based platform that gives your team control over your business phone system without needing to understand the technical details underneath. From here, staff can manage their own extension status and call queues, and administrators can control call routing, view call history, manage users, and monitor the health of your phone systems.

Who is this guide for?

This documentation is split into two sections: User Guide — for anyone using the portal day-to-day. You don’t need to be technical. If you answer phones, manage a team, or want to check your call history, start here. Admin Guide — for administrators who manage users, configure call routing, and maintain PBX systems. Some sections require admin access.
