Overview
My Extension is your personal control panel for your phone. From here you can check if your phone is active, set your availability, dial out to any number, and manage which call queues you receive calls from. Everything on this page is just for you. It won’t affect other users.What’s on this page
| Section | What it does |

| My Extension | Shows your extension number and whether your phone is idle, ringing, or in use |
| My Status | Set your availability: Available, Away, Break, Lunch, or Meeting |
| Dial | Make an outbound call by typing any number or extension |
| My Queues | See the queues you belong to and log in, log out, or pause yourself |
If you don’t see any content on this page, your account hasn’t been assigned an extension yet. Log a support case with Pear using the Support link in the left menu.
Pop-out panel
You can pop My Extension out into a small floating window. This keeps it visible while you work in other parts of the portal. Click the pop-out icon next to My Extension in the left menu to open it.
