Overview
The Settings tab controls how your fax system behaves. Go to Fax in the left menu, then click the Settings tab. There are four sections: Notifications, Caller ID, Authorised Senders, and Retention. All four are saved together when you click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.Notifications
Notification email is the email address that gets a message every time a new fax arrives in your inbox. Set this to whoever in your practice should know about incoming faxes, or a shared inbox that the whole team can see.Caller ID
These two fields control what the recipient sees when they receive a fax from you.| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Caller ID name | The name shown on the fax cover page (for example, Acme Medical) |
| Caller ID number | The fax number shown as your return number |
